Spread over four floors, the spa features 17 treatment rooms, a private spa suite and a stunning Thermal Floor with an indoor swimming pool, vitality pool, amphitheatre sauna, ice fountain, marble heated loungers and private sleep pods. PRECAUTIONS

• We carry out pre-arrival health screening to all our spa members/guests
• We require all guests/members visiting the spa to wash and sanitise hands, have a body temperature check and wear shoe covers upon arrival
• We practise and promote physical distancing, monitoring area capacities, limiting each guest’s time in the premises
• Our staff wear gloves, masks, and face visors
• We sterilise our equipment and use disposable tools
• We change our bedding, sanitise and disinfect high touch points in the treatment rooms after each guest
• We offer online booking and advance/contactless payment options
• We fully disinfect and sanitise the premises overnight using antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-fungal cleaning products. We frequently repeat this process throughout the day on high touch points
